Sponsoring broker of record for independent brokerages and real estate teams

Your designated, qualifying, or principal broker across Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Utah when your firm needs a broker on the license without adding a senior in-house hire. Bridge coverage or a standing arrangement. Both are normal.

The situations that bring firms here

In all four states we cover, a licensed brokerage entity has to have a broker attached to it. Lose that person and the entity's license goes inactive or lapses. The immediate casualty is not the paperwork, it is the deals in flight and the agents who cannot get paid on them.

When you do not need us. If someone at your firm already holds an active broker license in that state and meets the state's requirements to qualify a firm, use them. In Georgia, for example, an associate broker can qualify a firm on written notice. We would rather tell you that on the first call than sell you something you do not need.

What we provide as your sponsoring broker of record

Why brokerages and teams pick us

Active broker of record for independent brokerages and team-based firms across multiple states, with sponsored agents on those licenses today. Texas roster verifiable via TREC Public License Information. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Supervision, not a signature

Firms rarely get in trouble over the filing. They get in trouble over the supervision the state expected and nobody performed. We treat the supervisory duty as real, because the license on the line is ours as much as yours. Expect actual review of contracts and advertising, and expect to hear from us when something needs fixing.

Firm types we cover

Timing

Most brokerage engagements go from first call to active coverage in two to four weeks per state. If your broker has already left and the clock is running, say so on the first call and the filing gets prioritized.
